This project is a 3,000sf retail facility in Duncan, SC. The project consisted of both horizontal and vertical construction. Proposed tenants will be food and beverage.

This project was a 23,000sf office facility in Huntersville, NC. The project consisted of co-working office facilities as well as key-man offices.

This project was a 9,500sf retail shell building in Duncan, SC.
RIVERSIDE CROSSING OUTPARCEL 1
This project was a 10,000sf retail shell building at the Lowes Foods shopping center in Greer, SC. The project also included the interior upfit of a Smoothie King, Hand and Stone, and Whit's Frozen Custard.

This project was a 7,500sf retail shell building at the Lowes Foods shopping center in Greer, SC. The project also included the interior upfit of a drycleaner.
